Day 8

Green tea, salad with thousand island and nasi lemak for breakfast

On Day 3, significant weight loss could be seen. I lost 2 freaking kilogramme. Everyday, I did the same routine. Meals filled with broccoli and numerous types of salad. At times when I felt hungry, I ate local oranges, papaya or soursop. It was difficult but seeing weight loss at such a short time spurred me on.

Exercise routine only involved 20 seconds plank, 20 push ups, 20 high knees and 15 squats. How much weight I will lose by the end of the week?
