Update of my imaginary six-packs abs

A month had almost passed for my 30-day weight loss-six pack dream. Overall, I managed to reduce 2 kg with my bodily weight at 72 kg.

Having to think of something organic, something edible, something nice to munch is an uphill task.

This episode taught me to choose my food wisely. Though six pack seems to be a faraway achievement.

Reduced carbs is a must in my diet to get myself skinnier.

I resolved to eating more fish, though in the earlier weeks, I consumed a lot of fatty meat like this superlicious HK's wild boar cooked with serai.

That's my first time trying such nice river fish. For a big one, the middle person was selling it for RM70 per kg while the small one sold for RM20 per kg. I chose one for myself to eat for a meal which weighted only 400 grammes. The restaurant charged me RM4 to have it cleaned and fried.


If I told anyone that I had these great dishes for my meals in Marudi, I guessed nobody believed me.

Then, I got curious of how my health was. The Cholesterol was good. Glucose was within normal range. My Liver Function Test was good too. God has been very nice to me.

Probably due to my stay in Miri for few very good months.


 Going forward, I wish to cut down my weight further to 65 kg within 3 months time.

More punch ups. More planks. More high knees. Two 3km runs per week in Marudi.
