Betutu Porridge

We went to paeds again to check angeline's weight. The scale showed a reading of  3.22kg.  Wife was happy with the weight increase.

I asked my boys to pose in front of the camera. My usual camera-shy Jacob was pretending crying at the back while Gogo Darrien was willingly showing his best for the picture. Angeline is 7 weeks old. Fair complexion with no sign of sepetness as her daddy.

Day 7 continued with my cooking of Betutu porridge.  A simple yet nourishing meal. After scaling the fish, I chopped it into several portions and put them into boiling water. As the fish is known to have fine bones, I scooped out the fish, deboned them,

 I carefully separated the unwanted bones.

Finally,  I put the fish meat with rice into the fish soup. And that was our dinner of the day
